Looking for specific Shepley Station photograph

Hello,

I’m looking for any advice on how to find a photograph of Shepley Station - it must have been taken 15-20 years ago for a magazine and it was a train to Huddersfield with a man stepping on it (my late grandfather!) it was a completely candid shot by accident.. any advice?!

Do you know which magazine it was published in, and what type of train was involved?

Do you know the type of magazine, if not the title? Was it a railway magazine, a local one, a national one?

According to Wikipedia there were various plans thrown about for the Penistone Line between November 2005 and September 2009, so the photo might be tied in to the announcement of one of these. See The Penistone Line Today section in the Penistone Line entry on Wikipedia. Remember that magazines have a one to two month lead time for printing, so an item could appear in a magazine dated a month or so later: most monthly magazines are published late in the month before the one that appears on the cover.
