Not sure where they get them from these days although for a short while there was a DIY kit going around where you could print your own off and with a bit of string make it look just like the real thing. Here's the PDF that Southern released.

Southern Pre GTR used to have proper ones with strings however under GTR they've now been changed to the cheap ones with velcro
