Looking for Northern class 142 & 156 depot allocation lists...

Hi. I know they can appear anywhere but does anybody have a definitive list of the 142's allocated to Heaton and Newton Heath and the same for 156's allocated to Heaton and Allerton. I have checked Abrail.co.uk but I think this might not be fully up to date.
