Looking For A Documentary About East African Railways

I have looked everywhere for a British documentary from around 1980 (could have been + or - a couple of years) which featured an EAR class 59 locomotive - I think Mount Kilimanjaro - taking a 1200 ton freight train from Mombasa to Nairobi. It was driven by a Sheikh driver and passed through Tsavo Game Reserve. Don't have much detail beyond that I'm afraid.

I had it 30 or so years ago on a VHS I had taped but who knows where that's now.

Any idea of title or a link would be a great help.
