Longest main line run in preservation?

According to UK Main line Steam, the forthcoming GBV1 tour will feature the 2 Black 5's, 44871/45407 on most days starting in Exeter to Parr on the 20th April, Newquey-Bristol on the 21st, Cardiff-Preston (Carnforth) on the 22nd, Carnforth-Edinburgh (light eng) on the 23rd up to Aberdeen & Inverness on the 24/25th, then across to th Kyle on the 26th and back to Edinburgh on the 27th!!
I hav'nt worked out the milage yet but surely if all goes to plan it will be some sort of an endurance record, not only for reliability but most miles covered by any locomotive within 7/8 days both in preservation and/or BR days.
Anyone know any different please contact!

it may be that the 2 black 5 take the train on to Edinburgh from Preston because again UK Steam have 46115 down for the run BUT is it ready? and their is no light engine movement for 46115 to get to Preston. 45699 could be ready, just done a loaded test run.

theres also no light eng movements shown to get Black 5's down to the west country. (Last known stabling point Shrewsbury/SVR on the 12th) but thats not suprising as the whole venture is Wcr & anything that involves David Smith is always shrouded in unnessesary subtifuge untill the last minute!

I think the Black Fives are currently at Bristol. The Heart of Wales tour ran on 13th April from Shrewsbury to Cardiff. There is then a LE movement to St Philip's Marsh at the bottom of the timings (uksteam).

Scots Guardsman has a 'provisional' LE engine movement listed for 24th April from Edinburgh to Carnforth but nothing before then.

However the Black Fives also have a provisional LE movement to Edinburgh on Tues 23rd which suggests they're not expecting them to haul the Preston - Edinburgh leg.

why do a light engine movement when they can be attached to the train which is going to the same destination.
