Long Marston currently?

Anyone have any idea what's there and visible currently? Have lost track of what's been cleared out and arrived. Is it just completely stuffed with 456s?

Some northern 319. 153 ex northern, emr, west midlands. A few ex mk3 gwr coaches, Ex colas x2 and x2 emr livery hst power cars. About approximately 12 or so mk3 abeillo anglia coaches. Maybe some or few ex db mk3 coaches ie part off the ex banbury commuter set. Finally some network rail dvts. Unsure off numbers though. Which remains or have gone scrap etc.

There’s also a good number of GWRs Class 769 being held there at the moment.

There was a posting somewhere on here recently saying they saw Northern liveried 319s at Newport SIMS so potentially they are clearing those out now. None have left Northern recently so far as I know.

Last time I went to Long Marston (June 2018) there was not much you could see from the road bridge. Access to the nearby field was no longer possible and all you could see was some mark 3s in the distance and a lot of D78s!

Does anyone know if the former Metrolink T68s are still on site? There was a Facebook picture of one on a low loader last year, presumably off for scrap, but I've not been able to find anything on the other 3.

I've not seen them in recent photos (being quite distinctive they do stand out!) unless they've been shunted further into the site?

The most recent photo I've seen of Long Marston is this one - that should give you a good insight as to what's currently onsite.

The only brief flash of brightness all day sees 37884 at the rear of 37510 enter the Long Marston complex about 14.35 on the 4th April 2022. They were hauling 769946 as 5Q94, the 11.16 Reading Traincare Depot to Long Marston.

Also some west midlands railways 196s are also at long marston. Various freight wagons also. The flexi 319 the one used for the Glasgow event last year is kept on site ie owned by Birmingham university.. Possibly odd vehicle or so from 458507 0r 517 which got moved there early January 2022.
However has been posted elsewhere some vehicles have gone to widnes. Or scrap? Only recently though has seen some 08 shunters go by road for scrap.
Long marston recently has had a clear out notably 144. Trams. As posted on here 43 power cars. Some mk3 coaches and recently 319. Sadly sometimes it does go by road early hours or around lunchtime daylight hours by alleys trucks in one large hit every now and then as well by rail.

IIRC three of HNRC class 20s were low loadered out last year and despatched to Scotland. 20016 20081 and another.
