London Victoria - Southern/GatEx Benefits

Hi,

Does anyone know what the benefits are for Driver's working for Southern / Gatwick Express (apart from the basic salary)?

Is there a taxi agreement in place for staff starting / finishing at certain times? I guess there is no staff car parking available?

Also, is GatEx and Southern treated the same? For example I know at Southern you can transfer to another depot after 3 years of driving..but can GatEx drivers transfer to a Southern depot in the same way?
