Unfortunately this is your mistake - the CV which is anonymised is selected by you via a check box - ‘Relevant Files’. The same system is used for internal recruitment, and I currently have four different CVs and cover letters on my profile - I’ve never had the wrong one selected for a role.

How is it possible? I have apply the 17/03 but my CV was anonymised the 08/04. I have apply for the second job the 31/03. If it was me, the 17/03 I had only one option (which was the good one) but 2 weeks later i applied for the other job and then 2 other weeks later my CV was anonymised. I didn't connect the 08/04 to anonymised it. I don't know the process (if it is automatic or manual) but it was not me.
Think it went ok thanks, but you never know I suppose. 4 CBI questions following the competencies detailed in the invite. And some general/HR questions that I don’t think were scored.
Was told decisions will be made mid-July, but I know some here already have rejections.
