Hi once you fill out and send back the initial onboarding documents , how long is it usually before you get sent the Reed link ?
When did you have your role play and when did they email to say you got it? I’m still waiting for my response. Also congratulations!!

Thank you , I’ve only got a conditional offer though so still need to go through all the onboarding stages etc , my role play was giving directions and ticket issues but from what I can gather they are all different .

Same I did my maps assessment yesterday too. Hoping to pass I heard it’s 70-80% pass mark. I was not taught about the bank cards not having contactless etc so I just marked all of them as being valid… Oh well I could still be in the pass mark hopefully
Hi, could you give me tips for the timetable, especially when they ask what time will the person arrive at station?

The test wasn’t bad at all, very easy but I think I overthought too much, especially with the cards.

Hi , I was very polite and helped the customer by showing them what trains they needed to get to get to the destination they were going to & offered to show them how to purchase a ticket from the machine all the role plays are different though so just need to make sure you look over all the information they give you prior to the role plays starting .

Does anyone know how many positions are available this year

these positions are for a waiting list, there is no quota. as many people as pass get onto the waiting list. as is clear further up this thread this leads to a long waiting list, akin to what the TOCs call a ‘talent pool’, where start or ‘training dates’ come up as per the business requirement.
