London tube strike refunds?

:? Apologies for re-raising this old chestnut, but are holders of (paper) travelcard season tickets from some out-station to zones 1-6, able to make a refund claim with respect to London Underground strike days?

Sorry, I didn't spot this earlier. There are no refunds for industrial action.

Probably just an omission. Information given to staff working on strike days states that there are no refunds unless you buy a ticket and decide not to travel (write in), or if you enter and exit the same station on Oyster PAYG (auto refund next day).
