London Travel cards

I am off to London in October half term and will be getting some travel cards whilst I'm down there.

Now I know they are valid on LU, DLR and buses but are they valid on LO and national rail?

Travelcards are valid on:

All London Underground, National Rail*, and Docklands Light Railway services for the zones they are valid.

They are also valid on most London bus services, regardless of the zones valid. Also, for travel on Croydon Tramlink if the travelcard is valid in at least one of zones 3, 4, 5, or 6.

Travelcards will also obtain you a third off river fares.

*Except Heathrow Express, and also Heathrow Connect between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow.

LO is part of NR...
