Looking at buying 1 adult and 2 child single tickets from London Bridge to Gatwick for Saturday. National Rail journey planner shows lowest price as being £12.40 - £10.40 adult and £1 each per child. Click through to FCC website and this ticket does not appear - the cheapest being £19.80 groupsave ticket.

Is the cheap £1 child ticket only available from the ticket office?

Are you sure NRE isn't showing Southern's Kids for a quid?, which, I think would not be available from FCC
http://www.southernrailway.com/offers/kids-for-1/

Tickets are showing up on Southern's mixing desk - Although showing as £10.80 (1 Adult @ £8.80 and 2 Kids @ £1), due to Southern's online discount on OffPeak tickets.

No it shows both Southern and FCC offering child tickets at £1 each yet this fare does not show on the FCC mixing desk
