Hello everyone, I had been waiting (until this weekend ironically) to book a fare Kentish Town (as cheaper than Paddington) to Exeter St Davids as Standard Advance each way at £30.50 each. All trains this morning showing as more than nine tickets left (as have for a while). This evening they have all gone and are now sadly £53 each way.
Though no good for me, I have looked at the Saturday and the Monday either side and there are many available at the £30.50.
Is this a case that the tickets really have gone or is it possible that they have been Removed to suppress demand due to their staff shortages on Sunday?
And is it possible that the lower price will reappear or have I simply been too late?
There don’t appear to be any suitable splits either
Thank you
