London to Exeter (& possible Rover ) with non protected Priv

I need to be in Exeter next Sat for the rugby but was planning on visiting a few other places in that part of the country. What are the best options if I say went down on Thursday and back on Sun?

Just noticed a West of England Rover which gives 3 days travel out of 7. So presumably I could buy Clapham Junction to Salisbury and then use the Rover for the rest of the journey?

Do you mean the Freedom of South West Rover (3-in-7 is £19.75 with Priv)?

What are these other places you have in mind?

The Freedom of Severn and Solent Rover (3-in-7 is £11.25 with Priv) may also be useful depending on where you want to go.

Both are valid as far as Salisbury so you will indeed need a ticket between there (or Westbury, or Swindon, or Eastleigh) and London.

Freedom of Severn and Solent Rover wouldn't really be applicable as it doesn't extend to Exeter (break points are Tiverton Parkway and Axminster) and its area is within the Freedom of the South West Rover anyway.
