Tickets between London & German destinations are now bookable via the DB website, from €49 each way.

These tickets are only valid via Brussels and cannot be used on Thalys services, only ICE between Brussels & Cologne.

These tickets have actually been available for some time: you could book online and DB would post tickets to your home address in any country. The difference is that I believe they are now available (from 1 August) as an online ticket.

Also available from €99 in Leisure Select/1st class, which is cheaper than the cheapest Leisure Select ticket London-Brussels available on the Eurostar website.

Nothing has changed, except that now you can print off an online ticket instead of getting it posted to you.

This is great news. I've looked on Raileurope in the past and found nothing less than £170 a month in advance!

Not only can you get some great DB advance purchase fares, but they are also refundable (less €15 admin charge) up to the day before travel.
