London Overground in Crewe

Anyone know the deal with the London Overground Train sitting in I think platform 7 that appears to have been there since last night. Part of me wonders if they are 'running it in' like they did with the National Express airport link.

It is indeed mileage accumulation runs for London Overgrounds' additional 378s, in the same manner as the running in of NXEAs' 379s.

I think they rejected them because customers were more comfortable, there was no smell of excrement AND you could see out of the windows

The windows would definitely be a plus, but I think I'd throw up going at 110mph sideways! hock: The doors might even open if people lean on them! (It's happened to me once or twice.)

On my journey to London on Monday morning I saw two of these coupled up on the down slows between Lichfield and Rugeley.

Well with no loos there's loo tanks- though mach 2 sideways might cause passengers to drop their load simeltaneously
