The 06.52 from Stratford starts at Acton Central 07.43.
The 06:52 Stratford to Richmond starting from Acton Central is a particularly odd and egregious move, that seems quite anti-passenger. The ECS move to form the 07:43 Acton Central to Richmond comes from Wembley sidings via Willesden Junction, including a 3 minute dwell on platform 5 from 07:34-07:37, so why on earth it couldn't be start from Willesden Junction is beyond me.

Then at least passengers from stations east of Willesden Junction could take an earlier train and change at Willesden Junction. The current arrangements leave a 27 minute gap in the timetable in the height of the morning peak.
As for the changes on the Clapham Junction branch, the 05:49 Willesden Junction to Clapham Junction is cancelled between Willesden and Shepherds Bush, but runs from Shephards Bush to Clapham Junction, presumably allowing the stock to come directly from Wembley Yard avoiding Willesden. Meanwhile the 06:08 Willesden Junction to Clapham Junction is cancelled outright and replaced with an ECS all the way to Clapham, which runs in the same path from Shepherds Bush, as the cancelled service. They could just easily have run it in service in its regular path from Shepherds Bush to Clapham Junction.
