I've read on the website that London Midland are planning to put on extra trains for the Carling Cup Final on Saturday. Does anyone know if this will be interesting/different stock or just units??

it is most likely that they will just add wembley as an extra calling point, so just the usual 35os

09.33 is a normal LM service from New Street which joins up with the Trent Valley local at Northampton and goes on to London (not calling Wembley), the 10.53 is also a normal LM service to Northampton only. Presumably the 09.33 will either run as an 8-car all the way from Birmingham and will not couple up at Northampton, calling additionally at Wembley, or will run as an 8-car from Birmingham and a 12-car from Northampton, calling additionally at Wembley. The 10.33 normally terminates at Northampton so will presumably run all the way through. The 11.10 is a Virgin service.
