I laughed out loud at that one. Trying to get through to any department of LM (even control when you're working for them/on their behalf) is a nightmare.

To the OP, all I can say is don't expect to hear anything soon. LM recruitment work in mysterious ways. They sent about 100 people for medicals back in November, nearly all of whom haven't heard anything since. Lots of rumours going around, some on the LM Recruitment thread and others I've heard from working with their staff on a daily basis, about different course dates but noone really knows anything.

I've always managed to speak to somebody when I've phoned. I had my medical in November and started training with them on 25th Feb. They have an intake in April and there are some more later in the year. The best thing to do is call the recruitment number which is in the long London Midland Assessment day thread and ask them to update you.

I found it very easy to get through to them, too. Either on the e-mail, or on the good old fashioned dog and bone works best..........

ive always managed to speak to someone when needed , not always feeling like i was getting somewhere though , however there are some excellent people there who are very helpful and keep you informed . in their defense i would imagine they have been dealing with a huge amount of applicants , thousands from the start
i dont think its a huge team there
