They do not accept speculative applications and do not respond to them. There are no vacancies at the moment, as most jobs are filled internally. like all companies at the moment they are cost cutting, so it might be a while until they are recruiting again.

I'd write to them mate. Try to target the manager of the department you wish to work in. Do a bit of digging/research to get someones name, title and direct contact details. (Better than just sending to HR department)

I read that they were accepting speculative applications for Driver positions.

They've not advertised much, but they did advertise Guards three months ago.

Most companies are usually trying to poach qualified drivers.
