London Midland just declassifield 1st Class (question)

I'm sitting on the Train back to Rugeley the 1829 from London Euston and just left Northampton, at Northampton they just declassifield 1st Class, i got an advanced 1st Class ticket, just wondering if i get my money back since there's 'no 1st class'

You won't get a complete refund!

If you got the £23.00 ticket (Tier 1), you will get £10 compensation
£19.50 (Tier 2), you will get £9.50
£16.00 (Tier 3), you will get £6.00

Those prices may be £1 to £2 out due to increases not listed.

You will get the difference in price between the value of the ticket you bought and the value of the equivalent standard class ticket (as per the NRCOC)

so same process as i would get if my train was delayed, well i paid £10.30 advanced with the 205 off offer and my brother paid £15.60 with the 20% off, they were paid advanced during a 20 per cent off tickets becuase of the launch of their 3 trains an hour from Birmingham to London Euston
