Travelling on the 15:49 Birmingham New Street-hereford itself leaving 20 mins due to late inbound service is now running very slow at the top of the Lickey Incline I'm assuming due to signalling issues as there are a couple of relay boxes with the doors open and the driver sounding the horn quite regularly

A large issue at Barnt Green has been causing delays in the Midlands today. Could be That?
