London International CIV Return with Network Card

brfares shows me a Euro High Saver CIV fare West Worthing-London International with a network card discount but the restrictions (code NR) on the return say that it's not valid to depart LNE at any time.
Does the fact that I will actually be departing on a Thameslink from STP make it valid?

The unpublished restrictions that apply to the Network Railcard are for journey planners to apply. They are not for passengers to consume. I'm not convinced this attempt at a restriction will even work due to the nature of how the LNE location works (fixed links - i.e. TUBE or WALK - to get to/from "real" locations for the actual timetables trains). God knows why it's in the data.

Is there anything public-facing that says the Network Railcard is invalid to/from London International (CIV)?

There is nothing on the Network Railcard site to say they can't be used to discount tickets to London International.

A quick Trainsplit search offers a discounted Euro High Saver Return after 1000, as expected.

Unpublished restrictions on BRFares should be treated with caution as they don't necessarily mean what you think they do!
