They still do - but the site, quite sensibly, defaults to selling a non-CIV ticket. So you have to tap/click "show ticket details & alternatives" to select it.
Aha! That's useful to know! Thanks :)

Hopefully they’ll know what I’m talking about!
In my experience you just need to ensure that they're putting London International into their booking office system and then typically the fares will show up without much further drama.

Full explanation of CIV tickets can be found at the website Seat61 and for all European rail travel and world rail travel.
I used it recently to go to Switzerland.

Persuade not ensure. Passengers are beggars at ticket offices, not masters.

The options link on raileasy only seems to be when selecting the return leg. Not a problem once you know not to be confused by no option when selecting the outward.

Thank you everyone for your advice on this. The ticket office at Canterbury West was sadly closed today (usually should be open), however I went to Canterbury East. He knew exactly which ticket I was talking about and easily sold me one. I’m very pleased this ticket still exists, as it’s saved me almost £30.

A shame the ticket is not well advertised, and you can’t buy it at ticket machines or on the Southeastern website. Particularly when most stations have no ticket office, and the government want to get rid of more.

I should add, the ticket office staff at CBE are often excellent, and are well known in the local community. Much better service than at Canterbury West in my experience.

If it was well advertised and more readily available it would be abused, and that would result in it being withdrawn. What is really a shame is that Eurostar have chosen to have ticketing systems which prevent them from selling through tickets.

Just to add to the above, I went to Brussels 3 weeks ago and was easily able to buy a return to London Int. CIV offering a saving over the normal return from Trainsplit.
Last week the destination no longer showed on Trainsplit, so I went to Guildford ticket office who sold me one without any problem. Not sure why Trainsplit seemed to have changed their availability.
But Eurostar have really gone downhill with no longer offering through ticketing at either end of the journey.
