Is an EC half-price SSS London-Edinburgh (£65.40) valid on the sleeper to GLC then to EDB the following day? NRE is showing the SOS and SVR as valid but not SSS which I don't follow.

My brain doesn't seem to be functioning very well so thought it best to ask...

There is a restriction on the SSS on resumption of journey after an overnight break which is presumably what breaks the online journey planners.

Restriction 9F said:
OVERNIGHT BREAK OF JOURNEY

(See break of journey notes at start of this section) - restarting journey from an intermediate station:

Outward (on day 2): outward morning restrictions as above apply from/via the stations shown above (Monday-Friday). Recommencing from any other station en route that is north of the stations shown above must be on trains timed to depart 0930 or later (Monday-Friday).

However since you have not had an overnight break of journey I think you should be fine.

Sounds plausible, although the following day is a Saturday so there's no restrictions anyway. Thanks for confirming it's valid.
