London Bridge platform 13 footbridge closure

I may have misread this local rail campaign website news update, it appears that when Platforms 14-16 are closed from the timetable change next week, the connecting walkway from Platform 13 to the Southeastern 1-6 will also close as part of the refurbishment works.

If so, will the footbridge be able to stay open to connect 8-12 and will Platform 13 users have to walk to platform 11/12 to connect without going through the gateline?

You probably have as the linked text seems very badly worded...

The southern end of the overbridge ends on the current P13/14 platform island so the steps and overbridge between the P11/12 and P13/14 has to be removed for the works to take place on the current P14 despite P13 remaining in use but with hoardings up.

From May 2013 there will be no access to the footbridge (for Southeastern services) to and from platform 13 whilst this work takes place. An alternate walking route with wayfinding will be in place.

Note no mention about anything other than P13 being affected for the time being. [i.e. P1-12 still as is]
i.e. if you arrive on P13 you just walk round to P11/12 and use the steps to the over bridge there?
