I've just put in a refund claim online as I notice I've been hit with a no-touch out charge despite doing just so to complete my journey between Farringdon and London Bridge. The only complication is that the exit I touched out at was the nearest barrier (at the footbridge towards Dominion House) which was shut. I didn't actually need to leave the station as my onward journey was to Tonbridge by NR.
The annoying thing is that the barrier had a green light but didn't beep when I touched out. Despite this the SE train barrier attendant said it would work :-x. Are my chances of a refund likely?
This has probably been answered before but why did they remove the platform Oyster validators at London Bridge?
