Not sure if this is the right thread. But I’m trying to find first hand examples of how staff get to and from London Bridge/Victoria for start and finish times when public transport/rail services are not running. And the parking is limited or not available. TIA

I can't provide any first hand examples but London does have a decently extensive night bus network so I assume that makes up a large proportion of commuters. There's also cycling as an option, or you can combine modes and drive the first part, park somewhere out of the way and then walk/cycle/bus into the city.

Are unadvertised "staff only" trains still.a thing, before or after the start/end of service?

Blackfriars is not a million miles away, as are several other major terminals.
Not sure what time the tube operates, but there are plenty of night buses that serve the station and surrounding roads and bridges.

I have a couple of good friends who worked at London Bridge early / late / nights. Nights was easy, as services were running at that time. Being there ahead of first trains, or after last meant one of four things (they lived in different parts of South / SW London at the time)

1) Night bus (usually)
2) TL to/from Blackfriars (for one of them, sometimes)
3) taxi
4) for late finish, stay on until first train, snooze in the mess room / office (by far the least used option!)
