It's tricky, but I would say the country end of platforms 3/4 or if they're open 5/6. Low Level will be difficult to see the high level trains.

5 and 6 have been demolished!
Country end of 1-3 is good and there are often spotters and snappers there. However there are hoardings on 3 (separating from the old platform 4) so not sure how much you can see from the end there.
