Some news:
HNRC are sending a class 20 & class 08 by road to the Wensleydale Railway in the next few weeks.
The same company will also be sending a class 37 by rail transfer (probably by HNRC class 20).
This working will then convey demic 31166 on to Stockton for scrapping. That'll be something to see on the mainline!
WHEN BOTH 'MAINLINE' LOCOMOTIVES HAVE PERFORMED 100 MILES TROUBLE FREE RUNNING THEY WILL BE ABLE TO COMMENCE PASSENGER OPERATIONS. HOPEFULLY AT LEAST ONE WILL BE PREPARED IN TIME FOR THE DALES FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL IN MAY.
