Loco haulage in France

Can anyone help with the best way of getting loco haulage on the following routes :-

Lille to Paris
Paris to Strasbourg possibly via Rheims and Nancy
Strasbourg to Lille via Metz

Any help appreciated.

Joke apart, these routes are mainly MU or TGV

Lille - Paris just about still possible with quite a bit of loco haulage Amiens - Paris. A few locals Lille - Amiens might still be a loco but mostly EMU

Paris - Strasbourg via the old line
SNCF has made this deliberately difficult by making the loco hauled services miss each other. There is loco hauled Paris - Bar le Duc and Saverne - Strasbourg but little in the middle section

Strasbourg - Lille - now virtually impossible by loco haulage AFAIK
