Loco 3115

I am new to this forum. In November 1967 the 2pm London to Manchester loco No 3115 was involved in an accident. I'm hoping someone could help me wth the description of the loco and a big ask possibly a photo.

All I can really say is that 3115 was what became a Class 86, the Railways Archive don't seem to hold a record of any accident between London and Manchester in November 1967 unfortunately so I can't help there.

Actually, I can help at bit further, E3115 became 86 003 on 31/12/1973, then 86 403 on 13/06/1986, and finally 86 603 on 17/10/1990. It was withdrawn by Freightliner on 30/09/2004 and scrapped at Booth-Roe Metals in Rotherham.

E3115 a year later, the appearance won't have changed much in the year
