I was looking through real-time trains and saw that a service was heading to "Rm Mi Ext Dept Minster End" i was wondering what this means if anyone knows.

Having looked on RTT, the TIPLOC in question is RAMMIEX - you can find this in the URL, TIPLOCs are always between 4 and 7 characters. The ever-helpful website railwaycodes.org.uk describes RAMMIEX more clearly as "Ramsgate Depot Exit Minster End", so the Ext is a (terrible) abbreviation for Exit.
