When no service between Willesden Junction and Camden Road, I remember when that happens it divert via Primrose Hill and South Hampstead to Willesden Junction Low Level. But now more engineering work is going on that section Willesden Junction High Level and Camden Road every Sunday for some reason they not diverting the service via Primrose Hill and South Hampstead I find it weird because no information say why they stop i, dose anyone know why this has stop? ask tfl they didn't get back with answer.

It tends to be because they cannot get paths on the DC section, especially between Queen's Park and Willesden Junction which is shared by the Bakerloo Line which runs a very frequent service. Also Monday to Saturday the section between Camden Road Jn and Camden Jn via Primrose Hill is used as a regulating poing for Freight between LNW and Anglia Regions as no passenger trains normally use it.

I gather the last time it was used on weekdays in this fashion (many years before TfL took over) required a lot of co-operation between TOCs and FOCs to make it work and that was with fewer trains per hour than what runs now on both NLL and Watford DC Lines.

As a guide the best possible is 4tph roughly 15 minutes apart on Sundays only.

In addition it is also a possibility that possessions between LNW and Anglia have not aligned and that there is no route available via Primrose Hill as a result. This isn't great but unfortunately happens far too often.
