LNWR drivers at Crewe

Hi, so I've been looking into the railway field for about a year now, and hopefully in a few years I'll be fit to start looking for jobs. What is now the LNWR services along the WCML and out of Crewe seem quite appealing, and I just wanted to know what the average day looks like, and what services do you run?

P.S: Do Crewe drivers operate the full length Trent Valley services to London or is that allocated to a different depot?
