This week Monday 25th September to Friday 29th September 2023. has only seen 319214 with 319219 and 319433 319457 x2 diagrams out all week. Apart from From Friday 29th September Today where only 319433 319457 x1 diagram is out ie drivers rest day ban.
However this does come with a reason. May as well cancel a diagramm and not use unhealthy trains.
1. Notably Thursday 28th September 2023. 1809 London Euston to Milton Keynes Central saw 319214 319219, depart Euston 32 late arriving and terminating Bletchley 44 late. When witnessed at Hemel Hempstead. Driver got out and reset something inside 319214. It left but was limping badly on Limp low power mode aand didn't perform well. Ie on last legs. Staff told me on previous journey to Tring in which I travelled in which it did okay, That this train set has many power issues and struggles,
and past two weeks or so, has failed constantly and has done this week earlier on, and might not be around much longer.
2. More notably this week so staff told me on Lnwr it appears that one diagram has gone over to a 350x1 temporary causing a shortform on another 350 diagram to Tring.
Involving 319217 and 319220, now in Store, as far as I was told. However more notably 319217 319220 was not in usual place in Bletchley C.S opposite main line either.
As not in use all week, looking likely these maybe have finished and another diagram has gone.
3. However as we move into week beginning 01st October 2023. How many more diagrams remain or carry on temporary who knows?
With the drivers rest day ban.
319219 319214 Not very well. Constantly low power and unwell. Could be possible in October 2023 as a temporary measure before 730s finally begin, either shortforms, or just one 319 diagram 319433, 319457 only time will tell.
