Due to the impact of Track and Trace on traincrew availability, coupled with the summer holiday season LNR have made some alterations to services from Saturday 24th......

Withdrawal of Saturday service on both the Bletchley-Bedford (Marston Vale) line and the Watford Junction-St Albans Abbey line.

A small number of weekday peak mainline services have been withdrawn due to the shortage of available traincrew to work class 319 timetabled trains.

I have posted the new 319 circuits in the relevant thread in the traction section.

I'm hoping to ride the St Albans Abbey branch this Friday evening. The website says that it hopes to run peak services as trains instead of buses. Can you tell me which services in the evening peak are due to be trains?

I'm aiming to go St Albans - Watford - St Albans.

1830, 2010, 2108, 2206 are trains but 1717, 1917 and 2244 are buses.

1801, 1941, 2039 and 2137 from Watford are trains, but 1856 and 2221 are buses.

Many thanks. I will still keep my fingers crossed in hope that the 1830 and 1941 will remain as trains and run as planned tomorrow.
