Hi,

I’ve applied for a TM job with LNER and been Invited to interview. As part of this interview I have to do a small presentation.
Has anyone done one of these? What structure did your presentation take? Did you use power point , visual aids, interaction with the assessors?

How did it go?

Any advice tips etc would be greatly appreciated.

If you use PowerPoint make sure you take a couple of copies of slides with you in case of IT equipment failure. If in doubt, contact the recruitment team about IT facilities.

Thank you, I decided on handouts and good Old fashioned pen and flip chart..
I’m not looking forwards to it but will give it my best shot!
