LNER recruitment

Hi.

Anyone have any experience of the recruitment process of LNER for train managers and trainee drivers?

I hear they are similar to EMT in that you do the group exercises etc.

Can anyone offer an insight?

If you want to hear about VTEC/LNER trainee driver recruitment, there's a very long thread on here which you can search for relating to their most recent trainee positions which was for the Azuma roles. It's not exactly a happy ending for a lot of people who were offered jobs.

They did group exercises under VTEC, can't comment now that they are LNER.

sorry for the very late reply.... thanks heedfan, was just asking cos a member of staff mentioned they'd be doing a recruitment drive near the end of the year due to new units and time table, apparently for a range of staff too.... wait and see I guess
