LNER electronic reservations on the 225s

It seems that LNER are regularly struggling to download seat reservations on to the 225 carriage electronic displays lately, which unhelpfully instead display a jumble akin to what you would get if you stamped on a calculator LCD panel! A couple of times for me they have pulled the reservations down seconds before departure, creating an interesting russian roulette seat game on the busier services (such as the 1730 out of King's Cross I am on now!). Anyone know why it would be a problem to download the reservations? Or is it simply that the service should be Azuma so the reservations are not compatible?

The azuma’s are also a lottery. On one know which is reservation less. This service can only be an azuma now.
