LNER delay repay site crashes when try to upload paper CCST ticket.

I've been trying to submit a delay repay claim which involved a paper cross London ticket and when I get to the part where you upload the photo of the ticket, the form goes back to the start and my progress is lost.

I've emailed LNER support but I was wondering if there was any fix I could do more on my end.

Have you tried using image editing software to reduce the photo size? My thinking is modern smartphone cameras can capture so much detail that leads to huge canvas & image file sizes, so might be the file size is too large?
