Have LNER given up on these? The alerts you were supposed to get to tell you the platform number and any disruption.
I don't think I ever got one on several travels from King's X last year and nothing when I used an LNER service from the station last week.

Have you contacted LNER to ask them if this is still an active service?
By twitter you should get a quick response.

No. I had forgotten it until I posted and thought there must be someone on her who knew.

If you mean notifications to your phone regarding the platform your service will come in on and it's ETA, LNER do still issue these as I got several for journeys between Peterborough and Doncaster/York earlier in the summer. However I wouldn't be surprised if these are now tied to the app (I use the LNER app for tickets for their services), so if you don't use the app that would likely be the reason for the lack of alerts.

I use the app but hardly ever/never get messages. Not a big deal as I look elsewhere for the info anyway but I can't be the only person it doesn't work for. Maybe it's an issue at Kings X?
I did ask on Twitter but it didn't get any further then them saying that they do still send them.
