LMS 46233 The Duchess of Sutherland took the helm of the Cumbrian Mountain Express operated by the Railway Touring Company on 27th of July 2013. The Duchess was a late replacement for 60009 and started the train from Liverpool to Carlisle via the Settle and Carlisle line . The Duchess is first seen at Ramsgreave and Wilpshire station and sadly shut off as it was right behind the unit heading for Clitheroe . The Duchess is next seen at Stainforth and again seemed to be leaving the work to the County of Essex 47580 on the rear of the train. The last shot sees 46233 on the West Coast Mainline near Hackthorpe and again the 47 was doing most of the work . Looked like Mick Rawlings in the drivers seat on the outward leg.
