And here's a quick answer:

• Yes. Euston's in Zone 1 and Harrow & Wealdstone's in Zone 5.
• An Off-Peak Day Travelcard isn't valid until 09:30 Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).

That depends what you're asking. If you mean a London Travelcard issued by LM and by LT you mean the former London Transport (now Transport for London) then yes.
