LM are going to start a recruiting campaign starting tomorrow and ending on 28th of September.

if you get through the sift the you will be invited to an assessment day
lots of threads on here about the type of tests you will do

then if you pass that then its the interview , interview is structured and points scored for your answers , LM have just introduced a refer a friend type which could be handy if you know someone

I would of said 3-4 months.

when i was working there it was about 5% if i remember but i was a guard so dont quote me on that

and dont think the training period is that long but at least 6-8 weeks

i still have fond memories of trying to stay awake in the route learning school in bham , boiling hot room blacked out watching slide after slide zzzzzzz

they both do lemington has some end there and snow hill are the snow hill lines services to dorridge/ Stratford and to kidderminster among others.

Plus doing my application now good luck to everyone else aswell.

If the wind is blowing in the right direction, the training should take around 3 months.

I believe commission varies depending on whether you're at an ex-Central Trains or Silverlink depot.
