they are current doing more assessments so i would assume that once those are completed they will start sending invites out for interviews , you could always ring them ?

hi , well id read the other london midland threads they have some good info in them regarding interviews , basically it will be questions around your experience and you giving examples on when you have been in so and so situations

questions on what you think the role is and what type of person is required , lots of customer service questions , difficult situations , how you would handle certain situations , it wouldnt do any harm to have a gander at the london midland website and have alot at there ethos , and a few flash facts like how many stations they service ( 147 i think ) etc etc

they will be writing notes down on every answer so try and mention key words like safety , timekeeping , revenue and in that order lol
