They do, yes.
Yes. Works well unlike the 185s! But like all Desiros, bloody loud. It is coldest in the very centre of the car underneath the destination board, warmer at the ends. I often find the best place to travel is in B, as the FC compartment dividers help regulate the temp a little better to achieve temperature throughout the carriage.
