Northampton is the dedicated Siemens Traincare Depot for the 350s, where major maintenance is undertaken on the trains. It has a five road main building, with space for one train on each road, and further space for another 350 on the approach roads outside. The stabing sidings alongside the depot buidling can hold a further 18 trains. On paper, all the 350s are allocated to Northampton.
Snow Hill and Leamington Spa are stabling points, which stable up to three hybrid 150s each. At Leamington, the trains are stabled in the bay platforms on the north west side of the station. Tyseley depot in Birmingham is responsible for principal maintenance for London Midlands' 150 and 170 fleets.
Stourbridge and Worcester have extensive stabling sidings. Worcester has space for a maximum of 9 or 10 trains, principally three carriage 150s from the Stourbridge line. Stourbridge sidings deal with LMs' 150s, alongside Chiltern 168s used on the morning Kidderminster-London services, overnight. Four sidings stable up to 8 trains each night. I think that both Worcester and Stourbridge are fuelling points.
Soho depot in Birmingham is the maintenance facility for the 323s used on Birmingham local trains: It has a two road maintenance shed that can hold a total of two trains, and stabling sidings to hold 16 further trains. During the day, it also used to be used to stable a Silverlink 321 between diagrams on the Northampton runs. I think it still performs the same function with a LM 350, but I'm not sure.
The main depots are:
Northampton: 350s
Tyseley: 170s and 150s
Soho: 323s
These three will have the largest workforces, most of the remainder are fuelling and/or stabling points which will have a much smaller number of LM employees working there.
