Well for the record on Rugeley today's we had....
Shortformed 170505 I assume missing a 153, so crammed people couldn't board at New Street.
A pair of 2 car 170s
A 2 car 170+153
A 3 car 170.

And as a slight aside I took the last one from Bloxwich North to Rugeley Trent Valley for a 20minute wait for the LM 19:30 take me back to Crewe. Which is 38min late. Meaning an hours wait. So I got off at Rugeley Town to walk to Trent Valley and kill some time. That's a rubbish walk in the dark. Kinda summed up the day.

The dogbox that worked the first few Nuneaton trips yesterday was failed during the morning. The replacement was uncoupled off one of the rugeley diagrams and ran down to Coventry about 1pm.

Fairy common for that to occur when the Nuneaton/Leam one breaks.
