LM 323242 has jumped the queue and gone to Wolverton.

LM 170634 new livery (been a while for LM & XC 170 to be noted).

They are XC are giving VT their 4 car 221's in December, and VTs 221's are maintained at Central Rivers which is in Burton (i think?) along with XC's.

There aren't any 4 car 221s. They are all 5. And my apologies, virgin 221s are based at CR depot

the XC re-liverying seems to have halted - I'm guessing they are waiting for them to be refurbished

You guess right. A conductor mentioned it a few days ago, management want to focus on getting internal refurb of the 170's done (something about keeping the customers happy ) before finished re-liverying.

XC 170115 has been refurbished but is still in tatty Midland Mainline teal livery - seen in the siding at Leicester today.
Think it was 220017 has lost one of its pink doors at one end and is now former virgin striped.

220007 has also lost one of its pink doors and its starting to peel in some places. 220016 also has some bits on the front in red again. I think CrossCountry are going to have to paint these in the end.

It must have been replaced by a MML one as the Meridians are apparently being painted after 222017s vinyls proved to be a problem.
